I am surprised by all the perfect reviews. I guess I didn't get lucky with good service here. We got flowers for an employee and had them sent a month ago to a funeral. I gave all of our business info and asked for a confirmation and to fax or email the receipt - being that we are a business that's not near Belleville. I never heard anything - didn't know if our $100 item was delivered and no receipt. I called a month later b/c we require a receipt and the manager had the nerve to be rude to me - saying their fax didn't work and they had a lot going on that day. Then communicate that! She was just very put out and inconvenienced to have to retrieve the receipt. Really? Very unprofessional manager and unorganized if you are not local. Would NOT recommend - this was just "our" experience.
Will never use this shop again! Flowers not even started for the funeral visitation 30 minutes prior when we went to pay for them. Then charged 3xs the amount for labor and filler.
