I have driven the 100 miles to the Boyer Gallery six times in the last 20 years. I have enjoyed the museum each time. I am tempted to go back this year to see if any of the displays have rotated in from two years ago. I feel that Kansas is lucky to have this extraordinary work of art.
This place will leave you with your mouth open and your chin on the floor from the first item you see to the last! What a wonderful place for kids to go and adults as well. You will be mesmerized! Fascinating place... and the story behind its creator is unbelievable! A fascinating kind-hearted man and his wonderful daughters runs the museum today.
So worth the time - His daughter shared information with us about her dad's career and exhibits.
We also bought a bottle of water for $1. If Paul's health is good he stops in to check on his work. You might get to meet him.
AMAZING! Enjoyed the displays. You MUST see to truly enjoy the creativity and humor.
Must go and see. Had to call but well worth the trip.

Small building and we made an appointment to see the exhibits. If you call and make an appointment ask how much it will cost because there is a small fee if you make an appointment. Otherwise they have specific hours they are open
